Since 1918, the annual donations of hundreds of thousands of people in
our community through United Way, United Fund, Community Chest and the
Better Akron Foundation have helped improve lives throughout Summit
County.
Join us as we
acknowledge the contributions of all our volunteers and supporters,
especially our past Board of Trustees Chairs and Annual Campaign Chairs.
We will announce the
results of our 2007 Campaign and recognize the exceptional organizations
and individuals who helped to make it such a success. The winners of
several honors, including our 50th Annual Distinguished Service Award
will also be announced.
