To be automatically
entered, donors must sign a United Way pledge form and pledge at least
$3 per week or $156 for the year. Cash, checks, credit card and payroll
deduction pledges are all eligible. Only those donors who pledge at the
appropriate level and for whom we have name and address on file will be
entered in the drawing. Employers are responsible for submitting the
qualifier’s name to United Way of Summit County by January 29, 2009. All
names received after this deadline will not be eligible for the drawing.
Employees and families of United Way of Summit County, United Way of
Summit County Board of Trustees, and United Way Campaign Cabinet are not
eligible to win. Each contestant must be at least 18 years of age or
older. No purchase or contribution is necessary to enter. Entry
information may be obtained by writing to United Way of Summit County
