Young Leaders Society Membership & Participation Information The Young Leaders Society recognizes young leaders who value the importance of philanthropy and who believe in and support the work of United Way. Individuals, or couples combining their gifts, contributing to the United Way of Summit County at the leadership level of $1000 and above and are age 40 or younger are eligible to join the Young Leaders Society.
