The United Way of Summit County Annual Volunteer Celebration
The United Way of Summit County Volunteer Center leads the community in its overall celebration of volunteers and their value in improving the quality of community life.  Each year, typically during National Volunteer Week, the Volunteer Center holds a Volunteer Celebration to honor and celebrate volunteers and to promote volunteerism.  Hundreds of citizens from our community gather to honor individuals, groups, businesses and the faith community who have displayed extraordinary volunteer service and Community Impact throughout Summit County.

The Volunteer Center seeks stories of individuals and/or groups who exhibit such extraordinary volunteer service within non-profit and faith-based organizations, schools and particularly within your own neighborhood—“Neighbors helping Neighbors.”
