Resource Development Director
Manages workplace campaigns for a portfolio of assigned accounts.
Ensures that the end-to-end process for running, processing and
closing campaigns is effective and efficient. Provides direction and
strategy for accounts under management to maximize donations and
increase customer satisfaction.
• Develops year round relationships with
accounts/companies
• Completes 400 sales calls per year.
• Provides superior customer service and account management of
assigned market segments.
Requires a minimum of three to five years prior experience in
development, fundraising, sales and marketing. Experience working
with and supporting the activities of volunteers. Outstanding
interpersonal, verbal and written communications and organizational
skills. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while
performing multiple tasks. Demonstrated project management
abilities, experience with relational databases, proficiency in MS
Office Suite required. College degree preferred. EOE
