United Way of Summit County’s highest priority is the health and safety of its program clients, volunteers, donors, community partners and staff. We continue to closely monitor the developing situation with regards to COVID-19 and are staying abreast of official guidance from state and federal health officials.
In light of the recently imposed restrictions on large gatherings and the recommendation to maintain social distance, we feel it is in the best interests of our community to postpone our Annual Meeting, previously scheduled for April 22, 2020.
United Way staff will begin to notify guests as soon as possible. We will reach out to organizations and individual attendees to arrange for their sponsorship or ticket purchases to be used for the event when it is rescheduled.
