READ TO ME DAY AKRON
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2019
Discover how great it feels to introduce a child to a lifetime love of books by volunteering to read in an Akron Public Schools classroom. Reading aloud to children stimulates language and cognitive skills and builds motivation, curiosity and memory. Volunteers may bring a library book, a book of their own, or a new book to donate to the classroom.
REGISTRATION COMING SOON!
Deadline for registration is Wednesday October 23, 2019.
