Imagination Library

Through the United Way of Summit & Medina's Imagination Library, children ages birth to five receive free books! Each month, a brand new, age appropriate book will be mailed to every child enrolled. With the arrival of the first book, the classic “The Little Engine That Could,” children begin to experience the joy of finding their very own book in their mailboxes. These moments continue each month until the child turns five, and in their very last month in the program the book they receive is “Look Out Kindergarten Here I Come.”

All children ages birth to five in Summit and Medina counties are eligible!

Eight to ten weeks after your registration form has been received, books will begin arriving at your home and will continue until your child turns five or you move out of Summit or Medina county. Enjoy reading these books with your child!

NOTE: Due to supply chain issues, there is currently a longer-than-usual wait time – as much as six months – for newly enrolled children to receive their first book.

Privacy statement: This registration information will not be used for any purpose not related to the Imagination Library. We may contact you to request additional information, alert you to special offers or invite you to special events related to the program.
