Vish Bhatt currently serves as the Vice President of Community Impact at the United Way of Summit & Medina. Previously he worked at Akron Children’s Hospital as the Operations Manager in Hematology/Oncology. He was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and completed his Bachelors and Master’s Degrees from The Ohio State University. Vish remains active in various committees, community and professional organizations.
Previously, Vish served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Summit County in various capacities. Currently, he serves as the Past-President of Torchbearers, President of The Ohio State University’s Health Services Management & Policy Alumni Society and serves on the Summa Health’s Community Engagement Committee of the Board of Directors.
Vish has won a number of awards, including 2018 Young Alumni Society Service Award from The Ohio State University, the 2019 Greater Akron Chamber 30 For The Future Award, and 2019 Crain’s Cleveland 40 under 40. Vish, his wife Jackie and their son Calvin reside in Akron, Ohio with their two dogs, Leo and Eddie.
